Floor Mounted Bumpers
Alvarado offers two floor bumper models. Both versions come in sections that install easily and can be joined together to create seamless runs along walls, produce and floor cases, store front windows and refrigeration aisles.
The removable SSB installs into recessed floor sockets, allowing the bumper to be removed during floor cleaning. Available in a satin stainless-steel finish, the SSB has a compact installation footprint, allowing installation close to fixtures. This minimizes potential tripping hazards and saves valuable floor space.
Our heavy-duty CB model uses anchoring feet made from specially engineered spring steel, which flexes to absorb the force of an impact. The CB is often used as a cart stop in cart corrals, in areas where pallets are placed and removed, or to protect store windows. The product is available in a bright chrome finish for indoor applications, and a galvanized finish for outdoor and backroom areas.
Corner Guards
Alvarado’s corner guards protect wall corners, island and wall case corners and other expensive fixtures. A variety of sizes, shapes and finishes are available for various applications.
Our removable Defender corner guards install into recessed floor sockets. The unique product design fits tight against the fixture and is easily removed during floor cleaning. Multiple sizes are available in either a satin stainless-steel finish or tough black polyurethane coating that will not chip or peel.
Alvarado’s fixed corner guards provide heavy duty protection throughout store interiors. The classic CRI provides superior protection and the bright chrome finish looks great in store interiors. The compact DM, which comes in a black powder coat finish, has a specially designed mounting flange allowing installation close to the fixture. In addition to corners, the DM also provides excellent protection for expensive EAS equipment and large product merchandise displays.
